I’ve been keeping an eye on the blue tit’s nest, in the box outside our back door, for a while.
The chicks were big enough for a photo today.
Lovely sunny evening here. Not so much in Skibbereen by the looks of it…
Went down to the woods to photograph bluebells, but this was my favourite.

It’s been very dry (for West Cork) during the last couple of weeks so the river is quite low for the time of year.
These oak leaves are backed up behind a small stone just above the waterfall. As soon as it rains they will be swept down for their second fall.
